Common issues — fix it yourself in 30 seconds.

• Voucher upload failed

  Try a smaller image (<3MB), check your network, and confirm you have the right project selected in /settings/preferences. If it still fails, capture the screenshot and email support.
• OCR misread an amount

  Tap the amount field on the voucher detail page and edit it before saving. The OCR confidence chip above the amount tells you how much to trust the auto-fill — anything under 70% should always be reviewed by a human.
• I can't see my project

  Open /settings/preferences and confirm your project memberships and default project. If you joined via an invite link, the project will appear under your tenant once an admin approves the membership.
• Import stuck at 60%

  Wait 2 minutes for the SSE stream to finish; if still stuck, hit Re-import. Large workbooks (>30MB) may need 5+ minutes to parse. We are working on real per-row streaming (P2-061).
• Approval queue is empty but I expect entries

  Check the filter chips at the top of /m/approvals — the default view filters to Today · >₹1L · Pending. Toggle 'All' to widen the scope.
• Need an export the auditor can paste into Tally

  Go to Reports → BvA → Export → choose the 'Tally-reconcilable' CSV variant. The format matches the column order Tally expects on import.
