Terms of service

These Terms govern your use of the ProductionLens service operated by Reya Technologies LLP (“ProductionLens”, “we”, “us”), accessible at productionlens.in and its sub-domains. By creating an account or accessing the service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The service is intended for:

• Indian production companies (film, OTT, ad-film, live-event);
• audit firms engaged on production / studio engagements;
• studios, OTT platforms and financiers acting in their commercial capacity.

You represent that you have the authority to bind your organisation, and that your use does not violate any applicable law or third-party right.

You will not:

• upload data you do not have a lawful right to process;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or extract source code from the service;
• circumvent rate limits, audit trails or workspace isolation controls;
• use the service to send unsolicited communications or for any unlawful purpose.

Fees are described on the pricing page. All fees are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST. We bill monthly or annually in advance, depending on the plan. Late payments may suspend service after 15 days' written notice.

The agreement runs for the subscription term selected at checkout and renews automatically unless either party gives 30 days' written notice. Either party may terminate immediately for material breach not cured within 30 days of notice.

On termination, we deliver a full export of your data in Excel + CSV format within 5 working days, and delete it permanently within 90 days unless you request earlier deletion.

In v1 the service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. We disclaim, to the maximum extent permitted by law, all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We provide tools to assist with production-finance management and audit-readiness. We do not provide accounting, legal or tax advice. You remain responsible for your own statutory filings and the accuracy of the data you upload.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service is capped at the fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.

Each party will indemnify the other against third-party claims arising from (a) breach of these Terms, (b) violation of law, or (c) gross negligence or wilful misconduct of the indemnifying party. Standard tender-of-defence and cooperation rules apply.

You retain all rights, title and interest in the data you upload (Customer Data). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process and display Customer Data solely to operate the service for you.

ProductionLens, the platform, source code, models, UI and documentation are owned by us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service during the subscription term.

Each party will protect the other's Confidential Information using at least the same degree of care it uses to protect its own confidential information of like importance, and in no event less than reasonable care.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to either party's right to seek interim or injunctive relief in any competent court.

Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemic, governmental action, or failure of public utility / telecommunications networks.
