Per-custodian score over the past 60 days. Surfaces in your dashboard and on each custodian's profile to direct audit attention — never to punish. Visible to auditors only.
How to use thisThis is a triage signal. A high score means "look here first" — not "this person is leaking". Always open the explanation, then audit the underlying vouchers before any action. Marking a row as reviewed lowers the weight on those vouchers, so reviewed work doesn't permanently stigmatise.
Computed on read from leakage_risk_v1 (P2-058). At v1 scale plain views are fast enough; we'll re-evaluate materialisation when scale demands.
